New ventilated façade in Paris

Butech has successfully completed a new ventilated façade in France, this time in the town of Meudon, south of the city of Paris. It is part of the "Domaine de la Forêt" housing development done with solid surface.

The façades of this project are characterised by their combination of large solid surface planes without joints, with others formed out of metal sheets and orange porcelain panels. The choice of this colour aims for integration with the traditional architecture of the area, where ceramic brick dominates the cityscape and the contrast with the absolute white of the type of solid surface used.

In this project, the Butech technical department has worked closely with the architects and technical project team for the design of the façade elements and the supply of all the materials needed for the works. This work has been recognised by the study of French architecture, AGENCE ARCHITECTURE LANCUIT in the recently held VII PORCELANOSA Architecture and Interior Design Awards.

The façade system used in this project of 2,700 m2, has been the PORCELANOSA KRION LUX system, backed by the Avis Technique 2 / 14-1624 and by Butech's vast experience in façades of this type. At present, Butech has completed solid surface façade projects from the US to China, including Mexico, UK, France, Switzerland, Italy and Thailand.
